When you click on the service desk link in your mition system, you might see an empty list or you could see a list of existing tickets that people in your organisation have created.
You can modify the service desk categories in your own mition platform and change who is assigned automatically.
SMS Urgent Alerts
If the person assigned to a Service Desk category has a valid (confirmed) mobile, the system will send all Urgent new requests and updates to that user.
