Secure your entire system

To protect your mition portal there are two additional features that can allow to ensure your data is protected.

Complex Passwords, this setting ensures that passwords must contain an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number and a special character.

You can enable this setting by going into Admin Settings > Members > Password Complexity

2FA (Two Factor Authentication)

The second way to ensure user security is to use 2FA. This will ensure that the device the user has connected with is trusted and you can set the number of days a device is trusted for.

These are setup via Workflows and you can enable 2FA for specific user groups, such as Administrators and Staff.
